I am a Registered Canadian Certified Counselor with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field, working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families. I strongly believes in the potential for progress and positive change in every person.

I have extensive experience addressing a wide range of concerns written in point form below.  I primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Hypnotherapy. I take a practical and focused approach, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs.
