Hello! Being a dad, I love helping toddlers and children. I have a genuine passion for helping young ones navigate the challenges they face and supporting their growth and development.

As a therapist, I create a safe and supportive environment where children can express themselves freely and explore their thoughts and emotions. I strongly believe in the power of play, which is why I specialize in play therapy—an approach that allows children to communicate and heal through play. Through various play-based techniques, such as art, storytelling, and imaginative play, I engage with children, encouraging them to express their inner world, learn essential coping skills, and process their feelings.  I also utilize Parent Child Interaction Therapy, an ideal approach for children 6 and under, to help parents use play therapy to help their own kids.  I incorporate talk therapy into things with older children.

Having been a child and youth care counsellor for years, I pride myself on my ability to connect with young clients and understand their unique needs and experiences. I create a warm and nurturing space where children feel heard, valued, and understood.  I look forward to working with you and your child and being a part of their growth and development.
