I am dedicated to providing you with the support and guidance you need to overcome life's challenges. I am an experienced therapists and use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parental Interaction Therapy, Play Therapy, and more, to help you achieve your goals. Although talk therapy is effective, I also offer alternative therapies such as Hypnotherapy, Rock Climbing Therapy and biofeedback to provide unique and effective approaches to making change.  

I offer individual therapy services that encompass a broad range of issues, providing support and guidance to individuals, families and children facing various challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques, aiming to assist individuals in overcoming obstacles, improving their mental health, and achieving a more fulfilling and balanced life.
